Refund policy
Guarantee
Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and the condition of your items. If either are unsatisfactory, please contact us at (972) 612-0298 or email us at vacman@steveblacksvacuums.com and we will respond within 24hrs.
You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:
1. You have not received your package and 3 days have passed since the maximum delivery date or the tracking shows a delivery confirmation, whichever is sooner.
2. You received an order that is different than expected and have requested a return.
3. You returned your item with a trackable shipping method and we have not issued you a refund.
Please Note:
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders.
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or adding shipping insurance.

Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at (972) 612-0298 or email us at vacman@steveblacksvacuums.com and we will respond within 24hrs. We will email you a return label. Please provide your name, address and order number.
- You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
- The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted and received by Steve Black's Vacuums.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returned items not in the original packaging.
- If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, contact Steve Black's Vacuums to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will not be able to process your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Vacuums with obvious signs of use
- Vacuums received without their original packaging. A repackaging fee of 15% of the retail value will be assessed.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds, Credits and Balances Due
As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance at (972) 612-0298.
Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call us immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the shipper, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Sale items (if applicable)
All items on sale are final.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
